Just a few things to remember:

The Irregular Verbs test will be on November 3rd (Tuesday). There will be 30 verbs from the list in your agenda.

English test - Reading, Listening and Writing - Unit 1 -  November 4th (Wednesday) (Recommendation: study the vocabulary of the unit)

November 3rd (Tuesday) - Online Test  - Social Science - Unit 1 "Modern Age"

November 4th (Wednesday) - Written test - Social Science - Unit 1 "Modern Age"

Homework : Write a story (similar to the one we did in English class). November 3rd (Tuesday)

FOR EVERYONE!!!

Don't forget to buy (political and geographical maps of Europe) OR  print the maps we need to work in class from the unit 2- "Europe". You will find them in the Virtual Classroom in Social Science.

Os dejo los problemas de Mates para corregir mañana viernes:

1. Juan Antonio va a poner planchas de tarima cuadradas en un salón que mide 12m de largo y 6 m de ancho. Quiere que las planchas sean lo más grandes posible y que no haya que romper ninguna. ¿ Cuánto medirá el lado de cada plancha?

 

 

2. Sonia tiene una cuerda roja de 15 m y otra azul de 20m. Quiere cortar las dos cuerdas en trozos, todos de la misma longitud. ¿ Cuál es la longuitud máxima de cada trozo de cuerda que puede cortar Sonia?

 

3. En una estantería hay trs balddas que contienen cada una 15 cajas de 12 libros en cada caja y otras tres baldas que contienen cada una 20 cajas de 10 libros en cada caja. ¿ qué operación me permite calcular el total?

 

4. Daniel tiene 13 años y su hermana Lucía tiene 9 años. ¿Cuál es la diferencia d edades? Dentro de ocho años, ¿Cuál será la edad de Daniel? ¿ Y la de su hermana?¿Cuál será la diferencia de edades?. Expresarlo con una operación combinada.

Os dejo tres problemas para que repaséis el examen de matemáticas que tenemos este próximo miércoles.

Recordad que tenemos que saber:

- Como calcular los múltiplos de un número cualquiera.

- Como calcular los divisores de un número cualquiera.

- Hallar el M.C.M y el m.c.d de dos o más números.

- Conocer e identificar los números primos y compuestos.

- Conocer y aplicar los criterios de divisibilidad del 2, 3, 4, 5, 9 y 10.

Los tres problemas son:

1. Para repoblar un bosque se planta un roble cada 6m y un haya cada 14 m. Cuando coincide que hay que plantar un roble y un haya en el mismo sitio, en su lugar se pone un álamo. ¿ Cada cuántos metros se planta un álamo?

2. ¿De qué maneras diferentes se pueden agrupar 18 monedas, de manera que todos los grupos tengan el mismo número de monedas y no sobre ninguna?

3. En una droguería preparan botes de pintura. Tienen un pedido de 28 kg y otro de 42 kg. Quieren preparar para ambos pedidos botes iguales del mayor peso posible y sin que sobre pintura. ¿Cuánto deben pesar los botes?

Firstly, I am going to tell you when you need to bring your English books to class. 

 From Monday to Thursday - SM Savia English book 

 On Fridays - Pet book 

 As for this week I am going to start using the VIRTUAL CLASSROOM.

 I remind you that:

 - We are about to finish unit 1 - Social Science - so I am uploading the activities for PART VI. Please, print them or copy them on your notebook so that you have them in class for Tuesday.

 ****We will talk about the date of the test in class.****

- On Tuesday I will upload the online test for REPORTED SPEECH  (English language). 

- Don't forget that on Friday, as usual, we have our IRREGULAR VERBS TEST. On this occasssion we have twenty verbs. STUDY HARD!!!!

- For Tuesday I want you to do this liveworksheet to revise the REPORTED SPEECH before you take your online test. You can check your own answers and see your mistakes.
